Yes! You can earn and redeem credits in-store as long as you have an active rewards account and provide the sales associate with the email address linked to your account.
Credit is not earned on gift card or donation purchases. Credit cannot be used in combination with other offers or promotions and exclusions will apply for limited edition collections.
You’ll have 180 days (roughly 6 months) to use your credit before it expires.
Credits can only be earned on orders placed after an account has been created. Unfortunately, we're unable to apply credits to purchases made prior to account creation.
Your referral rewards credit will appear in your account a few minutes after your ​friend completes a qualifying order.

Redeeming Frequent Flyer Rewards

  • Yes! When you're ready to redeem your rewards credit, you can log in to your account and start shopping!

  • To apply your reward credit to an order, add items to your cart and go to the Checkout page. At the Checkout page, you'll be able to redeem your credit on the right side of the screen.

We have a $30 order minimum that cannot be bypassed, so please keep this in mind when redeeming your credits.
Your purchase must be over $100 and made using the link your friend shared.

  • HOA members cannot use Frequent Flyer Credits on orders.

Account & Balance

You can log in to your account to check your reward credit balance.
Your rewards credit will expire six months after it is earned. We will send a reminder email 20 days before it expires.

  • You’ll have 180 days (roughly six months) to use your credit before it expires.

  • We’ll send you a reminder email 20 days before expiration, letting you know how many credits you have left so you can use them in time.

The credit you initially earned when placing your order will be deducted from your account once your return is processed. If you used credit to purchase your order, your credits will be reinstated when your return is processed.
